ISO Certification – What It Means for Our Customer

Earlier this month, we announced Epoch’s achievement of ISO 9001:2015 re-certification. While this certification is a term seen often within the IT industry, it is important to understand what it means - not just for our own company’s quality management systems (QMS) - but more importantly, what it means for our customers.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for QMS. We first achieved this certification three years ago after demonstrating our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet both customer and regulatory requirements.

But this recognition of meeting the ISO 9001 bar doesn’t simply end there for us. It's much more than just a plaque on our wall. To us, this achievement is a promise to customers that we are consistent in delivering QMS excellence right now – while also continuously raising the customer satisfaction bar.

One example of how Epoch Concepts raises the bar can be seen with the team we’ve assembled. We seek out top talent that are not only accomplished in sales and management, but with the highest technical aptitude. Our customers work directly with technical subject matter experts who can dive deep into the products and services requested by customers. Having this caliber of technical expertise on the Epoch Concepts team means we can deliver an unwavering client-first commitment to provide IT solutions that will empower our customers to succeed.
